About the CEO
Founder & Visionary Behind BORREM LLC
Delmann Pampris Tsati Bouanga AKA Queen P is a Texas-based entrepreneur, author, certified realtor, and the founder of BORREM LLC (Bequest of Resources for Real Estate Management). Born and raised in the Republic of Congo, she is also a proud wife, devoted mother of three, and a dynamic leader with a passion for purpose-driven business.
Her journey to founding BORREM LLC was deeply personal. As an immigrant arriving in the United States, Delmann faced severe housing challenges — limited options, unstable environments, and difficult circumstances that made starting over even harder, she had limited resources, and no safety net, so she had to adapt quickly—living in unstable conditions while trying to find her place in a new country. Later, after enduring the difficult end of her first marriage, she became a single mother with no home, but a powerful skill in her hands: hair braiding. That ability helped her earn, survive, keep moving forward and support her child. What sustained her then was faith, resilience, and the kindness of friends — a blessing she knows not everyone receives.
She gives a special and heartfelt thank you to her husband, who was once her boyfriend, and to the friends who stood by her side. Their presence made a difference. Delmann knows firsthand that when you don’t have that kind of support, the struggle can feel unbearable. That’s why she created BORREM LLC—to be that support for someone else, especially immigrants, single parents, anyone in need and the underserved, could find not just a roof — but refuge, opportunity, and dignity.
This lived experience planted the vision for BORREM LLC: to be the very resource she once needed. A place where individuals facing housing insecurity.

Delmann holds two Bachelor's degrees: Bachelor in Computer Science & Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) / Management
She is certified in Real Estate, Property Management, and holds specialized credentials in liens, taxes, and foreclosures. She’s also First Aid/CPR certified and has professional experience across real estate, healthcare, and the beauty industry.
She leads two other ventures—YT+ and MALØX—and Delmann is the author of "L’entrepreneuriat à l’échelle internationale" and "Mom’s Planner Journal.", empowering others with tools to organize their lives and pursue business on a global scale.

A: To qualify, applicants must:
Be at least 21 years old
Have income from SSI, SSDI, employment, VA benefits, shelter assistance or Fixed income
Have no history of sexual offenses and no recent violent felonies
Be able to live independently without 24/7 support
Agree to and follow our community rules
Q: Is BORREM LLC a group home or Medical assisted facility?
A: No. BORREM LLC is not a group home or medical facility. It is an independent living environment where self sufficient
adults share housing while maintaining personal responsibility and autonomy.
Q: What types of income are accepted?
A: Proof of income is required during the intake process.

A: Rent typically covers:

Q: Are children or families allowed?
A: Yes but from case to case...
Q: Are there staff members on site?
A: Staff are not on site 24/7. However, we may conduct periodic wellness visits and respond to
maintenance concerns. Residents must be able to care for themselves independently.
